I'm Ali Daugherty, a Kansas City-based digital strategist, MBA, and former healthcare clinician. Before building websites and ranking businesses on Google, I spent years working directly with patients in a clinical setting. That experience taught me one thing above everything else: helping people is the most fulfilling thing you can do with your time and skills.

When I transitioned out of healthcare, I carried that drive with me. I started Olivera Digital Co. because I kept seeing the same heartbreaking story: incredible local businesses run by hardworking, passionate people, getting buried online while big corporations dominated the first page of Google simply because they had bigger budgets and entire marketing departments.

That's not a fair fight. And it doesn't have to be your reality.

As a woman and Hispanic business owner myself, I understand what it means to build something from the ground up without a safety net. That perspective fuels everything I do. Local businesses, especially those owned by people who are underrepresented in the digital space, deserve the same visibility, the same tools, and the same stream of qualified leads that big companies take for granted.
